Residents have voted safety and affordable housing top priorities

Bournemouth residents sent texts, e-mails and used electronic key pads to have their say on council policy.
Council cabinet members had two minutes each to outline their plans for the town to a public audience at the university on Saturday.
The audience voted with Who Wants To Be A Millionaire-style key pads, while others voted by text, email and online.
Affordable housing and safer communities were highlighted as joint top priorities in the Great Debate.
Councillor Bill Mason told the BBC: "This is just another way of checking we're keeping in touch with people.
"We're hoping to engage young people with this method, although it is open to all age groups."
