A worker at a power station construction site near Plymouth has been diagnosed with swine flu, health officials have confirmed. The patient was working at the £400m power station at Langage. A small number of other people are being tested, NHS Plymouth said. Good hygiene was the best way of limiting the spread of the virus, the health trust added. Construction company Alstom said work was to continue at the site. Two cases of swine flu were diagnosed in the city last week. Elsewhere in Devon, a 12-year-old girl tested positive for the virus in April. NHS Plymouth said anyone who showed flu symptoms and was concerned should contact their GP, and that people should keep good hygiene to stop any spread of the virus. It added that people should rest at home when if they had a cough and a fever.
