Three charged in motorbike theft

Three youths have been charged with stealing a motorbike from a Devon car park following a police helicopter search.

The helicopter guided ground units to the boys' location after a member of the public reported them on Sunday.

Officers said the bike had been taken from the Marsh Mills Business Park.

Two of the youths denied aggravated vehicle taking and a third admitted the offence when they appeared at Plymouth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

A fourth, aged 12, was released on bail earlier.
