Ricky Elsworthy is not considered a danger to the public, police say

Police in Devon are searching for a man who has not returned to Dartmoor Prison after being temporarily released.

Ricky Elsworthy, 36, failed to return to the prison at Princetown on 6 April after he had been let out to carry out community work.

Police said he was not considered a danger to the public but were appealing for any witnesses.

He was described as having short, receding hair; and wearing a blue jacket, shirt and trousers.
