Residents in part of Plymouth have not had their rubbish taken away for three weeks after collections were changed.
New rounds started earlier this month, but households in St Judes have been missing out as crews have been getting used to new vehicles and new schedules.
The city council held a campaign so people would be aware of when they should put bins out.
A council spokesperson said the council anticipated that it would take about six weeks for the programme to bed in.
