The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall have opened a new integrated health centre in Devon.

Prince Charles said the £4m Culm Valley centre in Cullompton should be a blueprint for others.

It has a GP practice, midwifery services, an urgent treatment centre and complementary therapy.

Speaking of his admiration for the work done at the centre, Prince Charles said: "This is a remarkable example of what can be done."

The centre also runs several health initiatives from encouraging people to be more active to providing artistic opportunities for isolated patients.

Earlier, the royal couple sampled local produce and met stall holders at the local farmers' market.
