Man charged with supplying drugs

A man has been charged with supplying diamorphine following the death of a 48-year-old Devon man.

Ambulance crews were called to an address in Ilfracombe on March 15 and found the man in what they described as a "poor condition", police said.

The man was treated by paramedics at the scene but was declared dead at 1830 GMT on the same day.

Paul Tipper, 38, also from Ilfracombe, will appear before magistrates on August 1.
