Man charged in hit-and-run probe

A man has been charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run collision in Devon in April.

The body of 41-year-old Peter Tisdall from Plymouth was discovered on the northbound carriageway of the A38 in St Budeaux in the early hours of 13 April.

Shaun Mann, 48, from Saltash has been charged with failing to stop following a road traffic collision and using a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

He has been bailed to appear before Plymouth Magistrates on 10 July.
