Seaside park killing man is named

A man who was killed in an daylight attack in a Devon seaside resort's park has been identified.

Kevin Rowsell, 49, was found dead in Victoria Park, Paignton on 9 May following reports of an attack around lunchtime.

Forensic examinations are continuing to establish the cause of his death.

A 44-year-old woman has been arrested and released on bail in connection with the killing. Devon and Cornwall Police have appealed for witnesses.
