Jez Bowden's body was found a day after he was reported missing

The body of a missing 24-year-old Devon man has been discovered in woodland.

Police are investigating the death of Jez Bowden, who was reported missing on Thursday. His body was found near his home in South Molton on Friday.

The discovery of Mr Bowden's body followed a search by police helicopter and the Exmoor Rescue Group.

A Devon and Cornwall police spokesman said: "Enquiries into this tragic death are continuing and a file will be submitted to the coroner."
