Emergency services were called to an address in Babbacombe Road, Torquay, Devon, following reports of an assault at 0250 BST.

"I was personally impressed with the bravery of the officers involved in this incident," he said.
"They were faced with extreme personal danger from a man who was behaving very violently.
"The fact that they used an option to safely disarm this man, bringing the situation to a safe conclusion for all involved was superb."
A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident and is in custody at Torquay Police Station.
About 20 officers, including firearms officers and a dog unit, were involved in the incident.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service was also at the scene.
Taser guns, which stun people with an electric shock, were introduced by the force in 2005.
