Third man arrested over attacks

Detectives investigating three sexual assaults against joggers on a cycle path have arrested a third man.

The 26-year-old is being questioned about the attacks on two 14-year-old girls and a woman who ran to their aid in the St Judes area of Plymouth.

Police also want to hear more about a man seen "running frantically" after the attack on Sunday evening.

Two men previously held in connection with the incident have been released without charge.
