Mr Hibbard says most of his trade waste could be recycled

Some businesses in Devon are frustrated they are not being allowed to remove their own recyclable trade waste.
South Hams District Council does not offer a business recycling scheme and has said anyone taking waste home to recycle could face prosecution.
Jeremy Hibbard, who runs a business in Modbury, said as he has very little waste and he could recycle it at home.
The council said it would like to do more but it does not have sufficient funding from central government.

It's morally and environmentally totally irresponsible

Currently, waste from businesses which could be saved, such as paper and plastic, is dumped with non-recyclable and placed in landfill.
A council spokesman said the authority had a financial dilemma over whether it should spend up to £1m of taxpayers' money on new facilities when the majority of local people may not want it to.
But Mr Hibbard, who runs a small television production company, said almost all his waste could be recycled as he only generates a little plastic and paper plus a small amount of food.
"It's morally and environmentally totally irresponsible," he told BBC News.
