WWII bomb found at building site
Bomb disposal experts have been called to a building site in east Devon where a World War II mortar bomb has been discovered.

A police spokesman said a 2in (5cm) long mortar bomb was found on the building site off the A376 near the Royal Marine Base in Lympstone.

A 100m (328ft) cordon has been put in place and two houses in the area have been evacuated.

No roads have been closed off around the area.
