There are now many more fresh fruit and vegetables on offer

Families in Plymouth are being given the chance to sample the food being served up at city schools.
Plymouth City Council's Education Catering Service will be offering samples of the food now being offered for school dinners.
The taster day will take place on Wednesday at the Place De Brest in the city centre.
Staff will also be giving out menus for the coming term so that families will know what is being served.
'Exciting changes'
The service currently dishes out 7,500 two-course dinners to children every school day.
Councillor Valentine Hiromeris said: "There has been an enormous amount of work over the last year and we are very keen to tell parents about the exciting changes and let them have a taste for themselves."
She said there was now much more fresh fruit and vegetables on offer, with nearly all school meals cooked from raw ingredients.
The service is also looking to work with local suppliers to look at ways of offering locally-produced food such as fresh meat and dairy products.
