Police who raided a Plymouth nightclub will be asking magistrates on Monday to close the club for three months.
Up to 140 officers stormed the Dance Academy on Union Street on Saturday night after information that Class A drugs were being used and dealt there.
A 35-year-old Honiton man and a 33-year-old Whitleigh man were arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs and bailed.
Police are asking clubbers for further information about drugs at the club.
New legislation under the Anti-Social Behaviour Act has given police powers to shut down licensed premises where class A drugs are being used or supplied and serious disorder or nuisance is being caused.
Police can also get costs reimbursed from the owner of clubs when action has been taken.
