Nicholas Rose will appear at the Appeal Court in London
Lawyers for the man serving life for the murder of Devon teenager Charlotte Pinkney begin an appeal on Thursday against his conviction.

Scaffolder Nicholas Rose, 23, was found guilty in February last year and sentenced to at least 20 years for murdering Charlotte, 16, in Ilfracombe.

Charlotte, from Ilfracombe, had disappeared 11 months before, but her body was never been found.

Mr Rose will appear at the Court of Appeal in London.
