Community urged to get the needle
A community project has started in Devon to create the world's largest knitted Christmas tree.

The North Devon Hospice is urging people to start clicking in a bid to craft a Christmas tree worthy of a place in the Guinness Book of Records.

Knitting workshops will be held across the county in venues ranging from shops and beaches to police stations.

The organisers of the project are appealing for more knitters. They are also in need of more wool.
