Six Royal Marine instructors from Devon who were Court martialled following allegations of bullying have had all charges against them dropped.
The men from the Lympstone Commando Training Centre had been accused of ill treating young recruits last summer.
But the Army Prosecuting Authority says it is discontinuing all proceedings after fresh evidence came to light.
A 16-month inquiry was held by military police. It is understood none of those involved is still working at Lympstone.
