Man hurt in steam rally accident
A man is being treated in hospital after an accident involving a horse and cart at a steam rally in Devon.

Devon Fire and Rescue were called to Sorley Cross near Kingsbridge when three people became trapped under the 25ft-long cart.

They were released before the two crews from Kingsbridge and Modbury arrived.

Police believe the horse and cart were going around a parked tractor when the horse may have become scared and collided with a stall and bystanders.

The man, who was taken to Derriford Hospital, is understood to have facial fractures.

Two other people were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
