Nicholas Chudley: Died in collision

A third person has been arrested in connection with a fatal crash in Devon.

Nicholas Chudley, 31, from Newton Abbot, died when his motorbike was in a collision on the A383 near Bickington on 31 July.

A 28-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man from the Torquay area were arrested and now a 56-year-old woman who was in the same car has also been arrested.

She was held on suspicion of conspiring to pervert the course of justice and has been released on bail.

Devon and Cornwall Police are still trying to trace a dark saloon which stopped at the scene at about 2235 BST and then drove off.
