Hopes for Devon pottery's future
Brannams Pottery
Brannams Pottery recently celebrated its 125th anniversary
There are hopes that a long-established north Devon pottery, which is in administration, could be saved.

Brannams Pottery in Barnstaple was put into administration earlier this month and about 40 of the 140 staff have been made redundant.

Menzies Corporate Restructuring hopes to sell the company, which provides pots and planters to DIY stores, as a going concern.

It says several parties have expressed an interest in buying the firm.

Brannams recently marked its 125th anniversary.
