The plan is to turn the site into a mixed-use city quarter

The first of two public meetings will be held in Plymouth on Saturday to give people the chance to share their ideas about the redevelopment of the Millbay area of the city.
The 91-hectare area is set to be transformed over the next few years with new homes, businesses, shops and restaurants.
Now the South West RDA wants to get input from local people.
It is hosting a meeting for people to share their ideas at High Street Primary School on Saturday.
A second meeting will be held on Tuesday at the Stonehouse Creek Community Centre.
The strategy, which is funded by the RDA and Plymouth City Council, went through widespread public consultation in 2002.
