The parking charges were stopped three years ago

An objection to parking charges on Sundays, Bank holidays and evenings has been rejected by a Devon council.
A spokesman for Plymouth City Council said the charges will be reinstated in the city soon.
The new charges for parking a car in the evenings, on Sundays and Bank Holidays and in district shopping centres have angered some shop owners and motorists.
An objection by Conservatives on the city council was rejected by the Scrutiny Committee on Thursday.
Charges for evening and Sunday parking in Plymouth were scrapped three years ago under the city's previous Conservative administration, as a way of trying to boost city trading.
The council spokesman said new signs are being prepared to tell motorists about the charges.
Daytime charging, currently from 0800 to 1800, will be extended by three hours to 2100.
The same will apply on a Sunday, although the hourly charge will be less.
It has been estimated the move will raise £834,000 a year.
