East Midlands traders to benefit from security cash

Dozens of small retailers across the East Midlands could be in line for a grant to improve the overall security of their businesses.

The cash has been earmarked for small traders to buy alarms, security cameras and UV markers.

Money from the Small Retailers Grants Fund is aimed at safeguarding businesses and their future during a difficult economic period.

Retailers can also use the money to buy security shutters.
