Cyclist and biker killed in crash

A cyclist and a motorcyclist died when they collided in a road accident in Derbyshire.

The motorcyclist, 48, from Buxton, and 63-year-old cyclist, from Whaley Bridge, were involved in a crash on the A5004 at Long Hill near Buxton.

The accident happened at about 1900 BST on Thursday.

Police are not releasing the names of the victims until next of kin have been informed. Police have appealed for witnesses to the accident.
