Murder charge over body discovery

A man has been charged with murder after a woman's body was found by the side of the road in Derbyshire.

Officers said the 43-year-old woman's body was discovered in Private Drive in Hollingwood, near Chesterfield, just before 0600 BST on Wednesday.

Results of a post-mortem examination into the cause of the woman's death have not yet been released.

The 42-year-old man is due to appear at Chesterfield Magistrates' Court later on Friday.
