Passengers to question rail staff
A rail company is offering passengers the chance to meet a manager and ask them about the train service.

Midland Mainline will be holding sessions at stations along its route from London St Pancras to Northants, Leics, Notts, Derbys and Sheffield.

Anna Statham, from the company, said it is a chance for the customers to tell the managers what they want from them.

The three-hour sessions at major stations all start at 1630 BST. It follows a similar scheme last year.

A spokesman for the Derby-based company said: "Please do use this opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our service, and to give us any suggestions on how we can improve our service to you in the future."

The next few sessions will be on: 17 May in Wellingborough, 18 May in Derby, 19 May in Loughborough, 20 May in Leicester, 25 May in Market Harborough, 26 May in Nottingham, 27 May in Kettering, 1 June in Chesterfield and 13 July in Leicester.
