Firefighters tried to rescue Ms Dudley

A man has appeared in court in Derby charged with murder following the death of a woman at her home.
Anthony Frost, 46, of Park Road in Belper was initially accused of committing arson with intent to endanger life.
The CPS said the murder charge had been added in light of new evidence.
Sarah Jane Dudley, 33, was found dead at her home in Highwood Avenue in Bargate on 16 May after a fire. She died of smoke inhalation.
