A key member of the 1972 championship-winning Rams side will be commemorated in the match between Derby County and Aston Villa at Pride Park on Tuesday.
John Robson only missed one match in the 1972 season when Derby County won their first of two championships in three years.
He was sold to Villa in 1972, but was forced to retire in 1978 after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
John Robson finally lost his fight against the disease in May this year.
Another member of the 1972 championship-winning Rams side, Alan Durban, will be at the match at Pride Park.
Other former Rams players will be at the match to join in the tribute.
A special memorial match programme has been produced.
Profits from the sale of this programme will be donated to the MS Society.
