Boy attacked in fast food outlet

A 14-year-old boy has been attacked in a fast food outlet in Cumbria.

The teenager was assaulted in the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on Stricklandgate, Kendal, on Saturday, though details have just been released.

The attacker is described as being between 20 and 30 years old, about 5ft 7in tall, thin with a shaved head and three fillings in his front teeth.

Anyone who witnessed the assault or has any information is asked to contact Cumbria Police.
