Lost babies remembered at service
A memorial service is being held for parents who have lost a baby or child.

During the annual remembrance event at Carlisle Cemetery in Richardson Road, prayers and blessing will be said for parents who have lost love ones.

Parents will also receive carnations to place on graves in the Babies' Memorial Garden after Saturday's service.

The Mayor and Mayoress of Carlisle, Councillors Peter and Nan Farmer, will attend the service at 1500 BST which will be led by Canon Richard Pratt.
