A series of events is being held in Cumbria to offer support and advice to people affected by the January floods.
Cumbria County Council has joined forces with Carlisle City Council and Carlisle Churches Flood Recovery to host the meetings.
Organisers say many people are unaware of the financial and practical help and advice that is available to them.
Carlisle Council estimated that 1,925 properties were affected by the floods, including more than 300 businesses.
The first event is being held on Thursday from 1500-1700 BST and 1700-1830 BST at Crosby village hall.
People will have an opportunity to discuss their concerns with officials from various organisations.
On Saturday, the launch of the Flood Information Advice Centre takes place at the Old Town Hall in Carlisle, and people are invited to come along between 1000 BST and 1600 BST.
On 19 May, the county council's emergency planning team will give a presentation at Crosby Village Hall from 1900 BST, and answer questions relating to their role during the emergency.
