A nightclubber is seriously ill in hospital after being attacked during a night out in Cumbria.
The 23-year-old suffered serious head injuries when he was beaten up in the Warehouse nightclub in Burrowgate, Penrith, in the early hours of Sunday.
Cumbria Police are trying to piece together the local man's movements and want to hear from revellers who were in the club or who witnessed the assault.
The victim is being treated in Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.
