One person has died and three others have been injured in a car crash in West Cumbria.
Two Ford Escort cars, one a saloon and the other an estate, crashed on the Asby to Arlecdon road at 6pm on Friday.
The rear seat passenger in the saloon died at the scene, while both drivers were cut from their cars and taken to hospital along with another passenger.
A Cumbria Police spokesman has appealed for witnesses to the accident to contact officers.
