Four arrested after car shooting

Four people are being questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder after a businessman was shot as he sat in his car.

Three men and a woman have been arrested after the 28-year-old man was shot in Narrowboat Close, Longford, on 10 October, Warwickshire police said.

Two of the men, aged 26 and 24, were arrested in Solihull.

Another 24-year-old man is from Winson Green, Birmingham, and the 26-year-old woman is from Edgbaston in the city.

The 28-year-old victim received four bullet wounds to his leg, which was broken in the attack, as he sat in his car just after 0900 BST.

Police described it as a "deliberate and targeted" attack.
