Police want to trace the distinctive jewellery worn by a man who was murdered in Coventry.
George Devonish, a distant cousin of the Great Britain sprinter Marlon Devonish, was found dead at his flat in Alderman's Green on 4 December.
The 30-year-old, who died from neck and head injuries, had also had a bracelet and necklace which he wore stolen.
A poem written by one of Mr Devonish's children was read out at a press conference earlier.
The poem said: "Dear God up above, please find my dad and give him a hug.

"No farewells were spoken, no chance to say goodbye.
"One little heart was broken without a reason why. Dad I love you so much and I know you love me too.
"You are forever in my thoughts and in my heart too."
Det Ch Insp Steve Bimson, of West Midlands Police, said officers were keen to speak to anyone who had knowledge of Mr Devonish's jewellery.
He said the necklace and bracelet may have been taken to a shop to be sold.
