The Specials set to return home

Members of The Specials re-formed to play a set at Bestival 2008

Coventry band The Specials are to play in their home city for the first time in nearly 30 years.

The band will play at the Jaguar Exhibition Hall at the Ricoh Arena on 15 May.

A tour, which will start on 22 April in Newcastle, will include performances in Birmingham on 25 and 26 April.

Terry Hall, Horace Panter, Lynval Golding, Neville Staple, Roddy Byers and John Bradbury will be together again when they perform.
