Hospital visiting policy relaxed

Visiting restrictions are to be lifted for all wards except one at a hospital which says it "successfully contained" an outbreak of Norovirus.

Ward 2a, a rheumatology unit, at University Hospital, Coventry, will remain closed to visitors.

People from outside the hospital will only be able to go onto Ward 2 for compassionate reasons.

They should call the ward sister before visiting to check this, the hospital said.
