Boy, four, injured in road crash

A four-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Warwickshire.

He suffered a head injury in the incident which happened in Croft Road, Nuneaton, at about 1530 BST, and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, two men aged in their 20s, have been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Cox Street, Coventry.

One suffered a head injury while the other suffered hip pain. Police have appealed for witnesses.
