Garage blaze causes road closures

Roads had to be shut amid fears gas cylinders could explode during a large fire at a garage in Coventry.

Up to 10 fire engines were called at its height to tackle the blaze at Frank Brook Auto Repairs, in Station Street West, Foleshill, at about 0320 BST.

All roads in the area were reopened by the morning rush-hour, West Midlands Fire Service said.

It is not yet known what caused the blaze. Investigators were hoping to go on to the site later.
