Motorcyclist in fatal crash named

A motorcyclist who died in a collision with a car in Warwickshire has been named by police.

Nigel Cartwright, 46, of Redwing Court, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, died in a collision with a red Citroen Xantia on the A46 at Alcester on 8 August.

The female car driver suffered minor injuries in the incident at the junction of the A46 and Stratford Road at Oversley Green.

Warwickshire Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
