Swimmer opens council post office

Swimmer and television presenter Sharron Davies is opening a council reception area and post office.

Warwickshire Direct is opening at Shire Hall, Warwick, to offer information about council services and places where they can register for them.

Warwick Post Office has also moved inside the building and is running a full service.

Branch manager Paul Jaspal said the arrangement had secured the life of the town's post office.
