Two buses collide near to school

Two buses have been involved in a collision in Coventry.

One vehicle collided with another near King Henry VIII School, in Warwick Road, earlier.

Bob Ardman, from Travel DeCourcey, one of the bus operators, said there were no passengers on board either vehicle at the time and no-one was injured.

"We believe someone was crossing the pedestrian crossing and a bus stopped quickly and one bus ran into the other bus," he told BBC News.

"Fortunately, the buses were going back to their points of pick up so there were no passengers on board and no injuries."
