Scooters users are being reminded to be 'aware', Mr Foster said

Police are urging mobility scooter users in Warwickshire not to exceed the 4mph speed limit after an increase in accidents involving the vehicles.
A recent complaint about a scooter running into a pedestrian in Rugby has prompted police to remind users about the pavement limit.
David Foster, who uses his scooter in the town, said one or two people "in any environment" can cause a problem.
He reassured scooters users that police will not be carrying out speed checks.

By law, some scooters have to have road tax but there is no legal obligation on users to obtain insurance.
Disability groups are also advising users to slow down, in case they incur costs in an accident.
But Mr Foster said they just want people to be aware. "We are working in conjunction with police," he told BBC News.
"The police are not coming out with radar guns saying: 'You are doing 1mph too much'.
"We are just saying please be aware, that's all. We are not saying: 'You are being naughty'.
"There are always one or two in any environment that can cause a problem."
Ch Insp Bob Musgrove also asked people to be responsible.
"People do not have suitable consideration for other people in the area with them," he said. "If they are not using them suitably, the risk of further injury is there."
