Fire at plastics factory tackled
More than 50 firefighters have spent most of a night tackling a blaze at a plastics factory in Coventry.

Emergency crews were called to the Amtico site in Kingfield Road, Foleshill, after a machine jammed at the factory, causing the fire.

Up to 55 workers were made to leave the site after poisonous hydrochloric acid fumes were detected, West Midlands Fire Service said.

No-one was injured in the blaze and staff returned to work later.
