Two possible witnesses are being sought by police after an 11-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in a Warwickshire supermarket.
The youngster was attacked in the toilets of Sainsbury's in Leamington Spa's Shires Retail Park on Thursday.
A 16-year-old who was being held has since been eliminated from inquiries.
The attacker was said to a teenager or a young man in his 20s, wearing a black hooded anorak-type top. The hood was up around the time of the attack.
The front of the top was red with distinctive silver vertical stripes. Police have released an impression of the suspect they want to interview.
Police said the girl went to the toilet and was followed by a youth who then subjected her to a serious sexual assault.
The first witness is a woman who was walking out of the toilet area as the victim walked and held the door open for the woman.
'Extremely brave'
The woman is described as having brown or blonde hair and who was wearing a long black coat and long boots.
The second woman went into one of the toilets at the time the victim was being attacked in another cubicle.
Det Ch Insp Adrian Pearson said: "The victim who is being comforted by her family at home, is being extremely brave and has given us a very detailed statement of what happened including an excellent description of her attacker.
"This information has led to the appeal for the two specific witnesses to come forward.
"I would urge them and anyone one else who may have information to help us - no matter how small or insignificant it might seem - to come forward and help us find this offender who carried out such an appalling assault on a young girl."
