Garden book present for Charles
Prince Charles
The present has been sent to mark Saturday's wedding
Warwickshire's Ryton Organic Gardens has sent a wedding present to its patron Prince Charles - a book about a restoration project he opened in Essex.

It tells the story of the organic kitchen garden which the organisation looks after at a Jacobean stately home owned by English Heritage, Audley End.

The garden looks much as it would have done in late Victorian times.

Chief executive of Ryton Gardens, Susan Kay Williams, said of the book: "I'm sure he'll enjoy it very much."

The marriage of the Prince of Wales and Camilla Parker Bowles at a civil service at Windsor's Guildhall is being followed by a televised blessing at St George's Chapel and a reception in Windsor Castle.
