Teenager charged over stab attack

A teenage girl has been charged with grievous bodily harm following a stabbing incident in Warwickshire.

The 17-year-old, from the Nottingham area, was arrested after police were called to a house in Tudor Road, Nuneaton, on Tuesday evening.

A 35-year-old man was taken to George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton with serious stomach injuries. On Thursday he was said to be in a stable condition.

The teenager has been released on bail and will appear at court later.
