About 40 staff are involved in the strike

Reporters and photographers at the Coventry Evening Telegraph held a rally in the city on Friday, as part of a strike over pay and conditions.
They hoped to persuade parent company Trinity Mirror to introduce a banding scheme which takes into account employees' experience and achievement.
About 40 staff took part in the indefinite industrial action, which began last month.
They demonstrated in Corporation Street at lunchtime.
The banding scheme, which rewards staff for experience and extra skills, should have been agreed in April, unions say.
But managers say a pay offer has been improved "several times" and they have reassured readers that the action will not affect production.
